Jeff is co-Chief Investment Officer of Ategenos Capital and brings more than 25 years of experience to the role. As co-CIO, Jeff oversees all aspects of investments, which includes establishing and implementing investment policies, portfolio management, as well as investment research and consulting. Jeff is also Chair of the Investment Committee.

Jeff was previously Chief Investment Officer of Brinker Capital where he oversaw the investment team and was responsible for establishing and executing the firm’s investment policies. During his tenure at Brinker Capital, Jeff managed over $20 billion in discretionary multi-asset class portfolios for the firm, including overseeing the growth of its flagship Destinations program from $200 million to over $16 billion. Jeff also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Jeff graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Villanova University. Jeff is Lean Six Sigma certified through Villanova University, holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and is a CFA charterholder.
