Bay is the Director, Senior Wealth Consultant covering the Western territory for Ategenos Capital and brings over 24 years of financial services experience to the role. In his role, Bay will work to expand our distribution partners and develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors by facilitating discussions in an effort to learn more about their advisor practices and how Ategenos Capital can serve as an extension of their team. 

Prior to joining Ategenos, Bay was the RVP, Wealth Management Consultant at Park Avenue Securities responsible for holistic wealth management consulting with advisors and other strategic business development initiatives. Bay also served as the Regional Director for the Pacific coast region for Swan Global Investments, an asset manager. Prior to that, he was a Managing Partner at One Wealth Management, where he served as a financial advisor affiliated with both MML and Park Avenue broker-dealers. Adding to his extensive experience, Bay was also Vice President, Regional Director for Brinker Capital, covering the Pacific Southwest territory.

Bay earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in English, from Hobart College and holds both the FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses as well as a Life/Health insurance license.
