Matt is the Head of Investment Solutions & Marketing at Ategenos Capital and brings a range of wealth management experience to the role. In his role, Matt oversees the firm’s investment solutions with responsibilities including product management, development, and platform integration. His role also entails leading the firm’s marketing and advisor engagement efforts. Finally, Matt is a member of Ategenos Capital’s Investment Committee.

Matt was previously the Head of Investment Solutions at Orion Advisor Solutions and Brinker Capital Investments where he oversaw the firm’s investment products, platforms, and wealth management solutions. In his time at Orion, Matt played an integral role developing the firm’s Wealth Advisory solution for high-net-worth investors, directly impacting the growth and scale of the business. He also managed Orion’s lending and cash management platform, which provided cash and credit solutions for wealth management advisors and clients. Additionally, Matt helped to build and oversee the firm’s proprietary tax management and direct indexing solutions.

Matt previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked closely with financial advisors to consult on their fee-based advisory business and use of the Unified Managed Account (UMA) platform.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Risk Management from the University of South Carolina. He is a CFA charterholder.
